Peter Krsko modified Flarke Shelves from Ikea into a large bookcase that fits the space. The resulting configuration required five Flarke cases, each $20 and six doors. The total material cost was less than $200. It took about 10 hours to put it together without any plans or preparation. It was built layer by layer as a result of spontaneous improvisation.
